my stomach and leg muscle had been aching since saturday's night.
i had problems sitting, getting up from my seat, squatting, sneezing, coughing, laughing, everything else that needs stomach and leg muscle >.<
went to Vivo City yesterday with my family.
it's BIG.
and i have to shop with my pair of aching legs.
went to Daiso.
bought two buffers, SEAWEED, etc. (cant remember >.<)
i cant walk properly. because of the muscle.
almost fall and i cant balance myself when someone bang into me x(
so jia lat rght.

pon today's training.
i cant even walk properly, so i might as well pon. hahas.
